All work is produced by qualified academic specialists. The customer remains the author of any work they submit, and our services are not intended to facilitate academic dishonesty.
Full payment is required before work commences on your order. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Stripe. For orders exceeding £500, interest-free instalment plans may be available. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided that work has not yet commenced by the assigned writer. Cancellations after work has begun may receive a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. Orders cannot be cancelled after the work has been delivered to the customer.
All work produced by Research Write Way remains the intellectual property of Research Write Way Ltd until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the work for personal study and reference purposes. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display the work without prior written consent from Research Write Way Ltd.
Research Write Way processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfil your order and provide our services. Your personal information is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or made public. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Research Write Way Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or grade outcomes resulting from misuse of our reference material.
Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. Customers should contact info@researchwriteway.com within 14 days of the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Research Write Way Ltd agrees to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) where appropriate.
Research Write Way Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
